Class of 2015.2.

01 · Teaching
A course in the Information Systems program at CIn/UFPE, taught by Giordano Cabral from September 2015 to January 2016. Each team created a fictitious company (purpose, mission, vision, values, organizational chart), defined the product to build, and managed its own work throughout the semester using management tools common in industry. Assessment focused on management, as stated in a notice to the class dated October 28, 2015: "you are being evaluated on the quality of this management and not on the quality of the final product".
02 · Teaching
Every Wednesday each group reports in class, in the tool it chose (Trello, Podio, Redmine, Jira, Basecamp), three figures: the backlog planned for the week, how much was completed, and each member's dedication. They keep the history week by week for the joint analysis of the burndowns in November. The end of the semester consists of paper wireframes, status reports, an analyzed backlog, a final report with a post-mortem, and a 360 evaluation.
